Description

We are looking for commercial lawyers to join an In House legal team.

The work is interesting and varied Commercial work, ranging from research agreements (including working with academic and industrial partners on collaborations) and international projects, to intellectual property licensing (including advising on IP elements of sponsorship and ambassador agreements when required) and indirect procurement.

You'll be working closely with the internal business teams and the successful candidates will be key and influential advisers, providing both commercial and legal advice and guidance on a range of business matters.

Strong Commercial skills are therefore essential.

Profile

You will be an:

• An experienced and qualified UK Solicitor
• Have experience of commercial drafting (research agreements, supplier contracts, intellectual property licensing or indirect procurement)
• Working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, you'll have the ability to deliver a high quality, consistent level of legal advice to a diversity of stakeholders within the business
