Senior Legal Counsel - Poland

Our client is a well known business operating on a global level. They are well established, offer excellent career progression and are constantly expanding their market share. 

A newly created position now exists for a talented commercial lawyer to join the team in Poland. The role will work closely with key internal and external partners and stakeholders, providing contractual support, commercial legal advice and managing risk. 

For consideration, you must fulfil the following profile:

• Qualified lawyer (Poland) 
• Extended experience of commercial contract negotiation and drafting. Construction and / or IT law is an advantage 
• Full-cycle contract management: RFP to post award
• Recognised law firm training coupled with in-house experience 
• Dispute resolution experience
• A proven track record of building successful business relationships
