Our client is looking to recruit a Litigation PSL, who is either an existing PSL, or is currently a fee-earner looking for his/her first PSL role, to help support the firm's esteemed international disputes and investigations group. This is a senior level role which will involve reporting directly to the partners and liaising with other departments within the firm. The group deals with complex, multi-jurisdictional, often high profile investigations involving multiple regulators, including advising on any consequent proceedings, and handles the full range of statutory, regulatory and disciplinary investigations by regulatory and professional bodies and government agencies, whilst also advising clients in relation to internal investigations. The ideal person for this position will have a strong academic background, will be experienced in dispute resolution and, in particular, investigatory work, and will have excellent communication, analysis and management skills. Ideally the person taking this position will work full-time, but the team is happy to consider applications from those looking to work 4 days a week.
