The role will involve; providing comprehensive advice to clients on employment law and employee relations matters, case management of employment tribunal litigation, advocacy in both the employment tribunal and appeal tribunal, the development and delivery of training materials for clients, and the delivery of 'surgeries' on-site with the clients.

Applications are invited from Employment Law Solicitors, of at least 3 years PQE, who are interested in working in a more commercial environment. Candidates should have demonstrable experience advising large corporate businesses on a range of employment law matters, either In-house or in Private Practice, and it is preferred (not essential) that candidates have experience working with trade unions. The successful candidate will also have significant experience of employment tribunal representation.

If you're interested in the position and would like to be considered, please send your CV or application for feedback. Your details won't be submitted to the client without a full discussion about the role.
