Interim Finance Consultant

THE COMPANY

This business are currently undergoing a restructure of the finance function and the CFO is in need of some urgent support during this time of significant change.

The role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to play a key role in improving processes and procedures and the person will hopefully make a significant difference in the effective running of the business.

THE JOB

Reporting into the CFO the Interim Finance Consultant will be responsible for:

• Preparation of year end statutory accounts under IFRS
• Ensure accounts production adheres to Group reporting requirements
• Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts, statutory year end accounts
• on developing a clear strategy to promote and enhance profit potential
• Identifying and managing risk
• Assisting the CFO with formulating a plan to create a robust group structure

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will possess the following criteria:

• Must be qualified finance professional (ideally ACA or ACCA)
• Must have experience in and be willing to prepare financial statements for year end
• Candidates must have a willingness to be hands on and flexible
