Banking Solicitor - 1 year + PQE

My client is a national law firm with an outstanding reputation in multiple areas. The clients Banking and Finance team are currently looking for a talented solicitor or associate to join the team in Bristol or Exeter. With a premier rating in Chambers, and an enviable FTSE 250 client list, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Acting for banks, other financial institutions, borrowers and a number of renewable energy companies, the client provides a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral and LMA based club transactions, asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructuring and refinancing.

Working with a Chambers rated Partner, the successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and client centric team. This role will offer access to a broad range of banking and finance work - the successful candidate will therefore need to be able to demonstrate experience gained from a city or regional banking or corporate finance practice.
