A first class opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor 4 PQE+ or Associate to join one of the country's leading healthcare regulatory teams.

As an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor, you will advise a mix of public and private sector clients and the role will involve a broad spectrum of work across the health and social care sector to include regulatory issues, healthcare law, information governance, inquests, mental health, Human Rights Act issues and clinical and corporate governance.

It is essential you are a qualified Solicitor or Associate with a proven background in health and social care law, preferably with experience of NHS Continuing Healthcare and risk management.  Advocacy experience would be a distinct advantage.
