NEW ROLE - Commercial Lawyer - International law firm - Leeds

Commercial Contracts Solicitor required for a new role with a leading national law firm. To be based at their Leeds office, salary upwards of £50k.

Our client is a full service national private practice, who support a diverse and impressive client base comprising private, public and institutional clients. The Commercial team provides a very broad range of legal services and are engaged on major projects, often with an international dimension.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Associate Solicitor to the team in Leeds.

You will have a minimum of 5PQE gained with a city, national or recognised regional practice. You will have a broad experience of commercial work and be comfortable advising on general commercial matters such as outsourcing, supply, distribution and agency arrangements. Experience of the Technology sector will be beneficial as the firm do a lot in the sector, advising on agreements related to system development, outsourcing, software licensing and hardware and e-commerce and data protection.
