We have an exceptional Commercial Property / Real Estate role with a leading firm in Cardiff.
Work is of excellent quality and variety across sales & purchase, Landlord & Tenant leasework, international and investment property, property finance and security work. There is a long standing team of 15 property lawyers, some of whom also bleed into real estate areas such as planning and construction.
They are looking to bring a dynamic solicitor into their team - they are open on PQE and will pay accordingly - for this role it is more about the personality of the individual. They are looking for a Solicitor with energy and enthusiasm to really get involved with the marketing and development of the department as well as handling transactional fee earning work.
Very professional but relaxed environment - would suit a good all rounder who is looking to be able to have some freedom and make an impact in a department and be more than just a number.
