Corporate Solicitor, Newcastle upon Tyne - This expanding, boutique law firm is keen to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor at Partner level to undertake all aspects of corporate related matters.

JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 6+

THE ROLE:

Due to the continued expansion of this boutique law firm, the partners are keen to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor to play a key role in the development of the Corporate Department. With plenty of work in the pipeline, the Corporate Solicitor / Partner will be responsible for all Corporate work within the firm and be expected to bring new clients in, growing the team

THE CANDIDATE:

The succesful Corporate Solicitor will have a strong background in dealing with a variety of corporate matters gained within a well established practice coupled with the drive and ambition required to build up and establish a succesful Corporate team. With excellent business development and marketing skills, you will have a well established network of contacts and, ideally, a client following. With a minimum of 6 years experience suitable Corporate Solicitors will have sound technical skills in M&A work, private equity and general corporate finance matters.
