Global manufacturing business seeks to recruit a senior lawyer to manage all legal affairs across their European operation.
The ideal candidate will have a broad in-house background in a manufacutring business with international and/or European exposure. Building credibility across Europe is key therefroe a track record of doing so previously is important.
You will work closely with and advise the European leadership team on a range of issues including
- Large scale commercial contracts and agreements and IP
- M&A activities, legal compliance and risk management
Your role will straddle both strategic and operational as you ensure best practice throughout Europe and lead on key initiatives to promote efficiencies and revnue generation.
You will be a commercially aware self starter with excellent relationship building skills.
