JOB TITLE: Locum Private Client Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 4+

LOCATION: Derbyshire (Commutable from: Loughborough, Derby and Nottingham)

HOURLY RATE: £28 - £32

THE ROLE:

Traditional multi-office Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire firm are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to hit the ground running and undertake a caseload of Private Client files in order to support whilst the firm a recruiting for a permanent Solicitor. You will be available to start in July and be able to confidently take on existing files of Private Client matters including but not limited to; Administration of estates, Lasting powers of attorney, life interests, Wills and Trusts, Court of protection matters, Inheritance Tax Planning, Intestacy and Care home fees and advice and more. You will support the firm successfully progressing the files until they are able to recruit a permanent solution. You will have a minimum of 4 + PQE and be available from July full time.
