Banking and Finance Lawyer - Project finance - Acquisition finance - Corporate finance -Structured finance - Asset finance - 5-7 pae (AUS) / 3-6 pqe (UK) - Sydney

The Sydney office of our client, top tier Corporate Law firm, seeks ambitious banking and finance lawyers with 3-6 (uk) ( 5-7 Aus) years transactional finance experience in Project finance, Acquisition finance, Corporate finance, Structured finance and/or Asset finance.

You will have the opportunity to advise multi-national companies and financial institutions on a range of large-scale international finance transactions. The successful candidate will have previous experience working at a top tier or international law firm, commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients in small and large teams. Great opportunity to work closely with industry leading partners. You will be offered responsibility to work autonomously and in teams and to advance your career in this dynamic Group.
