OVERVIEW:

Recognised as a leading construction team across the North East, this well regarded team is looking for an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor to support the growing department. The firm offers in-depth legal and technical expertise in every area of construction law and provides proactive and realistic advice to assist in the successful negotiation and management of contracts. Clients include a broad range of developers, energy companies, major contractors, institutions and public sector bodies.

 

CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR:

The successful Construction Solicitor will have at least 4 years PQE ideally dealing with contentious construction matters; experienced Commercial Litigators with a desire to specialise in construction disputes are also invited to apply to this role. The Construction Solicitor will advise property developers, contractors, funders, purchasers, tenants and major corporates on a broad range of construction disputes across all sectors, working as part of a team as well as leading some matters.You must be able to give pragmatic and sound commercial advice, understanding your client's requirements and acting accordingly.
