Group Compliance Manager

Our client, a major multinational company, now seeks a Group Compliance Manager for several functional areas within their growing HQ Compliance team. The organisation are developing a world class compliance programme and seek talented and ambitious individuals to join the team. 

The roles will focus on third party due diligence and risk assessment, reporting and response, communication training and policies, M&A and transactional due diligence as well as roles with a geographical focus (Russia and surrounding countries and emerging markets) 

You will be a compliance professional, lawyer or accountant and have strong compliance experience within one or more of the above areas (or be a generalist looking for a further compliance officer or functional focused position) from within another similar multinational organisations or professional services or consultancy practice. You will need very strong communications and presentation skills and have the ability to operate in a fast moving highly matrixed organisation.
