Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in London is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join them on a part time basis of 3 days per week within a 6 month contract.
As a fully integrated member of the business you will work in strategic partnership with the Legal and Compliance team as well as senior stakeholders in other parts of the business. This unique opportunity covers a range of compliance matters for this exciting and entrepreneurial business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and escalating where appropriate day-to-day compliance queries for both internal and external advice matters
* Tracking and monitoring compliance approval systems
* Reviewing, updating and tracking training record plans and supporting the training delivery in London, as well as working with local compliance champions or Legal Advisors in the region
* Tracking laws, regulations, and industry codes that might affect the organisations policies and procedures in UK and Europe and sharing insights with the wider Legal Affairs team
* Support the business in providing compliance advice on the following areas:
Interactions with Healthcare Professionals/Organisations, Patient Organisations and Sponsorship and Grants
The ideal candidate will be a Compliance professional, having worked within the Pharmaceutical remit previously.
You will be a pragmatic individual who is able to work seamlessly with others and provide support where necessary. You will have the ability to integrate and work in partnership at a high level as you will be involved with complex projects that will require you to identify needs and expectations.
