Exciting and rare in-house Employment/IR role within a market leading company. Working within a collegiate, high performing legal team you will handle a varied range of work including Employment Law, IR and WHS matters as well as broader commercial work. 

The successful candidate will have around 4 to 8 years pae in Employment Law/IR gained at a major law firm or as a combination of private practice and in-house/secondment experience. You will be a strong communicator, technically strong and a proactive team player.
