My biotech client seeks an experienced cell therapy leader -- the ideal candidate will take on the following roles:
- Guide the development of first in human product.
- Drive the strategy for translational research development and establish collaborations.
- Support the development of biologics programs.
- Direct operations including administration, workflow organization, and managing lab personnel and performance (including academic collaborations and CROs.)
- Serve as an integral member of the discovery and development teams and interface with internal and external lab groups and management team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- PhD in translational research development coupled with management and industry experience.
- Understanding of the product development process, including scientific mechanism of action and disease pathology and physiology.
- Experience in process improvement and development.
- Experience filing INDs.
- Strength in cell therapy.
