Technology Lawyer - Jnr./Mid-Level - Entertainment Business

Handle is currently assisting a company at the heart of the entertainment industry in their search for a junior to mid-level* Technology Lawyer for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The main focus of the role will be on technology agreements, including the negotiation of IT service agreements, supporting the related change control processes and negotiation of new statements of work. This will involve liaising with the senior stakeholders in the business to get instructions and also working with external consultants across various IT projects.

The contract could potentially also provide the opportunity to include legal support to other general commercial areas of the business, as and when required.

In addition to the technical capacity to service the business as per the above, you must also have exceptional customer facing skills, as the successful candidate will be required to build relationships at various levels throughout the company.
