Legal Counsel - Interim

Our client is a leading, international technology organisation based In Berkshire near to Slough & Windsor. They are looking for a Legal Counsel to assist the legal team on a range of matters including focus on a large amount of complex commercial agreements.

The position will involve reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of different commercial agreements (specifically Software Licensing, Support and Services in revenue generating agreements advantageous).

Candidates will need to point to knowledge of applicable contract laws and practices, contract interpretation and negotiation. Ability to prepare, draft and negotiate commercial contracts. Experience in other areas of law (such as Corporate or Employment law) beneficial, but not essential.

This is a good opportunity for a candidate to deal with some interesting and challenging work. There is the possibility that this could go permanent.

Our client envisages that candidates from 2 PQE plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
