JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum

PQE REQUIRED: 3+

LOCATION: West Sussex

THE ROLE:

An experienced Commercial Property Locum is required by this well respected firm to support their busy team on an on going locum basis. Starting as soon as possible, you will be handling commercial property matters from start to finish and you will be expected to manage a busy varied caseload of files including; commercial property acquisitions, sales and leases aswell as landlord and tenant agreements. Applications are sought from experienced and enthusiastic Solicitors with upwards of 3 years PQE and solid expertise in commercial conveyancing. The successful candidate must have significant experience of handling all aspects of commercial property work and be comfortable providing this service. You must be confident in managing your own busy caseload, technically strong with an eye for detail, be a strong communicator and posses excellent client care skills.
