Commercial Property Associate Solicitor 3+ years' PQE - Reading

Our client is a national firm and highly regarded for its real estate work. The team is renowned for its work with retailers, leisure operators, developers, occupiers, investors, lenders, landowners and public authorities across the whole spectrum of property law.

The firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE, an understanding of acquisitions and disposals to lettings and landlord and tenant matters, and demonstrable ability to work very closely with an array of clients. Candidates must have completed a real estate seat during their training contract and demonstrate a real commitment to developing their career within this area of law.

The successful candidate will be working alongside 3 Partners within the Thames Valley real estate team. They have legal expertise on issues ranging from core property advice, planning and construction to tax, environmental and property litigation. Clients include developers and landowners, major food retailers, banks and landowners in the IT and care home sectors.

The successful candidate needs to be hard working and a team player, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and be a keen business developer.
