This top tier firm is seeking to recruit within their healthcare regulatory team in London. A regulatory solicitor is sought to undertake a wide range of health care law work to include patient care issues, coroners inquests, professional disciplinary, information governance, serious untoward incidents, mental health, CQC scrutiny and Human Rights Act issue.

The firm provides legal advice and training in relation to all aspects of health and social care regulation including patient care issues, coroners inquests, professional disciplinary, information governance, serious untoward incidents, mental health, CQC scrutiny and Human Rights Act issues. Their clients include health and social care providers and commissioners across the public and independent health and social care sectors.

Advocacy, Coronial Law, Inquests and Regulatory experience is highly desirable for this role. Applications are welcome from solicitors with 2years'+ experience.
