Head of Property Litigation, Staffordshire - An award winning and renowned law firm is looking for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to head up the busy property litigation department of this well established and leading law firm.

JOB TITLE: Head of Property Litigation

PQE REQUIRED: 8+

LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Warwickshire, Worcestershire)

SALARY: £80,000 - £160,000

THE ROLE:

This leading law firm is in a strong position to capitalise on a strong client base comprising of clients whom London law firms would be proud to name. The quality of work the firm undertakes is second to none and a number of the firm's partners are highly rated in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. This is a fairly unique opportunity as you will be going into the firm as Head of department and will be required to develop the team and practice area from a standing start. During the interview process you will be required to write a business plan and this will provide the foundation for the initial growth of the team. You will already be advising on all aspects of property litigation including lease renewal proceedings, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes. You will be keen to network in the Staffordshire market and will be determined to build a successful practice.

As an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer you will already be working at a leading national firm and boost strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of property litigation work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key. Well respected in your field of law you will be longing for a firm where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career in line with your ambitions. It is essential you are already a Partner and have experience of managing a team as this is a role where you will be required to fee earn and build a practice.
