Our client, a household name on-line retailer, is now seeking a newly qualified (or part qualified) patent attorney to join the legal department. The role will report into the Head of IP and will deal with a broad range of issues including identifying technology requiring protection and preparing and prosecuting patent applications. The role will have a lot of contact with inventors and with the business generally and the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of IP in an exciting and fast-paced, innovative environment.
