Interim Commercial Property lawyer required to work on a range of infrastructure related projects across Manchester.
This is a role for a commercial property lawyer with experience of granting of leases, freeholds and experience of inter-facing with stakeholders during large projects.
Specific experience gained in the transport sector would be beneficial.
Some landlord and tenant, commercial property of developments.
Role is to start ASAP for between 3-4 months.
