Residential Conveyancer, Gloucestershire - An experienced, immediately available Residential Conveyancer is sought by this leading in-house team to provide support during a busy period.

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years

LOCATION: Gloucestershire

SALARY: Excellent Hourly Rate

DURATION: circa 5 weeks

THE ROLE:

This large organisation has a requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them to cover their traditional busy period over the summer. You will be joining a dynamic team handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters including plot sales, purchase of part-exchange properties and the sale of new build properties. To be considered for the role you must be available to commence a position immediately and be able to commit for a minimum of 5 weeks.

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed Residential Conveyancer must possess in excess of 4 years experience of handling all aspects of residential conveyancing files. A strong knowledge of plot sales and the purchase of part exchange properties are a pre-requisite, as is a proven ability to quickly adapt to an ever changing caseload.
