THE ROLE:

This leading forward thinking practice is on the lookout for a highly driven Commercial Litigation to join their dedicated commercial litigation department. The newly appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will ideally have a network of contacts who are able to instruct on future matters. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be handling a diverse caseload of all aspects of litigation including but not limited to shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, debt matters and insolvency. The firm are keen to hear from experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor who possess the capability to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters and play an integral role in developing the commercial litigation offerings in the West Midlands market.

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will possess excellent communication skills, together with a strong client service ethic. The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will possess good business development skills, be target driven and will be supporting others in the team on specific business development and marketing activities for the business. The ability to work as part of a team is essential for the ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor together with excellent communication, organisational skills and a flexible approach to your duties. Suitable Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in dealing with all matters associated with commercial litigation and have a network of clients who are able to instruct you on future matters.
