Technology Media Telecoms Lawyer

THE FIRM

A major global law firm seeks to appoint a 3 - 5 PQE technology media telecoms solicitor to join an established and fast growing team

THE ROLE

This role will provide an opportunity to work with a varied and high profile client base including IT start ups and household names.

The team works at the cutting edge of sourcing and technology, the postholder will be given an opportunity to handle a varied workload to include:-

Drafting and negotiation of high value supply and procurement contracts, agency and distribution agreements, IT contracts, website terms, software development and licensing, e-commerce, data protection, outsourcing as well as bespoke commercial agreements and intellectual property-related agreements.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally With 3 - 5 pqe you will have experience of working to the highest standards, either in a City or top tier provincial firm.

You will have excellent skills in a range of IT/Media/Telecoms matters and a real desire to develop a long term career as a key member of a successful and highly regarded team offering an opportunity for serious career development.
