Finance Reporting Manager

A multinational retailer is looking for a talented Finance Reporting Manager to take responsibility for all Legal and Group reporting of all their entities within the UK & IE.

This role offers the exciting opportunity to join a blue chip organisation to lead the finance reporting team with autonomy and interacting with c-suite stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all legal entities in the UK & IE accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with Group rules and Legal GAAP's
• Ensuring the legal entities' P&Ls and balance sheets are true and fair and ensuring that both operational and legal reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Reviewing the teams' works, including all entities reconciliations and ensure the output is accurate.
• Responsible for the year end audit, working with both the finance team and the auditors

Personal and Professional Competencies:

• Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA or equivalent)
• 3+ years of increasingly responsible accounting and/or auditing experience in similar or larger organisation.
• Management experience beneficial
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, financial reporting and tax laws and regulations
• Experience in use of automated accounting systems and preparing, analysing and report complex accounting data
