Group Finance Controller

A successful and established 'Fintech' business is looking for a Qualified Finance Controller to join the team in a newly created role tasked with a vast array of global programs to increase financial control, compliance, procurement, treasury, risk and business development.

Reporting to the head of finance and managing a small finance function, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, planning & performance management, increasing efficiencies, tightening controls and procedures globally.

You will need to be a FQ Accountant, ideally ACA practice background with strong financial control, compliance and governance background. The role will require experience of dealing with a number of international territories, understand commercial cultural differences and focused on increasing the companies operational control. You will need to be organised, disciplined, self-motivated with good team management skills and prepared to roll you sleeves up.
