Commercial Director

A technology and services company are seeking a Commercial Director to join their site in Hampshire. If you have a proven track record of business development and delivering against challenging targets, then you may be the Commercial Director we're looking for.

Role and Responsibilities

As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing, leading and managing all commercial activities of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on telecare monitoring, integrated health services and digital life safety system portfolio areas. In addition to this, you will ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved in a way that includes both customers and colleagues.

Experience and Skills

• Proven track record of business development and delivering against challenging targets, within the healthcare and or retirement property sectors
• Experience of leading a successful sales/commercial team
• A track-record of strategic sales planning and successful execution
• Highly developed stakeholder influencing skills and c-suite negotiation ability
• Excellent commercial acumen with an ability to develop new business model
