HR Project Manager
Based in the North West a HR Project Manager is required on a contract basis to work on a confidential HR project.
Candidates must have strong TUPE legislative knowledge and experience of applying this within an operational environment, ideally within the FS sector.
You will need to demonstrate experience of collective consultation, both with unions and company elected representatives; managing 1-1 consultation discussions; generalist HR experience gained at senior HRBP level.
You will be responsible for designing and managing the tracking, preparation and coordination of a TUPE, colleague relocation and a redundancy process.
Candidates must have excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
