A Commercial Property Solicitor is now required for a fantastic Cambridge based opportunity with a Legal 500 UK law firm. The Commercial Property Solicitor will join a highly-regarded team, dealing with large and complex transactions for recognised retail and development sites nationwide.

The candidate will be qualified Solicitor or qualified as a Legal Executive and have a minimum of 3 years' experience of handling case files from start to finish. Areas of work covered will include landlord & tenant, investment, property development and general freehold sales and purchases.

The candidate must have experience of acting for both landlords and tenants. The ideal person will enjoy the business development and marketing side as they will be free to build their own following and will be supported in this manner.
