This innovative private equity backed fintech business run a ground-breaking and disruptive platform aimed at facilitating international banking activity on a seamless and digital basis. With a launch date in June 2017, they now seek a lawyer to join their small team (of three lawyers across two jurisdictions) to be based in the London or Dublin offices.
Working closely with the General Counsel, you will gain extremely significant exposure to the business at all levels. Drafting commercial contracts, country terms of business, product documentation for retail banking products, outsourcing contracts for the white-labelling of the platform for third party clients and advising on a wide range of other legal issues, you will enjoy a front-line role with a fast-paced and fast growing business.
The successful candidate will be a lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE (though exceptional juniors or more senior candidates in the right budget range may be considered) in any corporate, commercial or finance orientated legal discipline. Packages up to £60,000 base salary plus bonus and significant stock option package.
