THE ROLE

Within a corporate team which in today's dynamic business and regulatory environment for corporate transactions, needs lawyers with knowledge, versatility and determination to help clients their goals.

ABOUT YOU

Extensive, in-depth knowledge of corporate transactions

Experience in general Corporate transactional work such as M&A's, JV's, Corporate reorganisations, company set-ups and general commercial work as well as ideally corporate insurance.

Ability to work with a degree of independence

Exceptional communication skills

Exceptional drafting skills

Exceptional legal research ability

Experience of working with international clients in the corporate sector

Experience of preparing and participating in pitches to clients

Top UK law firm or equivalent experience.

Experience ideally to have already been gained in the Middle East is ideal but not essential.
