Finance Business Partner

Your new role
Providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to allow the business units & managers to make informed business decisions, whilst driving to achieve defined business goals & objectives. Contributing to strategic decision making and performance management, whilst limiting the impact of risk. Building of strong relationships with members of the senior management team. Financial reporting & analysis. Controls & governance. Management reporting & analysis. Forecasts, budgets & business planning. Cost management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) able to build strong relationships with site-based operational contacts. Interpreting & explaining complex financial issues to non-financial operational contacts. Strong, persuasive communication skills. Confidence to challenge operational management, when appropriate. Contributing effectively in a collaborative working environment. Experience of using an ERP system.
