NC Construction Solicitor - 3 yrs+ - Glasgow

Are you a non contentious construction solicitor considering a new role in the Glasgow area?

My client, a leading authority in construction matters throughout Scotland has a requirement for a construction solicitor to take on a key role within their construction and projects team.

They act for the majority of the country's leading contractors, developers and housebuilders across all sectors, including retail, commercial, leisure, housing and energy.

You will have at least three years post qualifying experience in transactional construction work and ideally have exposure to most, if not all of the sectors previously described.

This role will require a high degree of business development in a team that excels in this area so acute commercial awareness is of course an advantage to be able to demonstrate.
