Compliance and Privacy Manager - Pharma - NW Lon

My client a world leader in the medical and pharmaceutical industry seeks a Compliance and Privacy Manager to Support the DPO and Head of Compliance.

The key functions of this role are to deliver the Data Privacy programme and provide direction and leadership on Regulatory Compliance matters to the Global Marketing and Commercial functions. The ideal candidate will have the following expertise;

• Significant experience related to implementing a compliance programme within a business, or equivalent experience and knowledge working within a government department or other organisation, with particular focus on data privacy.
• Job experience must demonstrate ability to think critically and with appropriate attention to detail, identify risks and design effective mitigation strategies, write policies and procedures, conduct investigations, write clearly and persuasively, etc.
• Detailed knowledge of Privacy laws, principles and practices, and experience in one or more detailed areas of the application of those laws, principles or practices.
