Litigation Senior Associate/ Partner

My client is based in the West End of London and operates as a highly successful boutique firm.

The firm is well established but has kept its staff count to a fairly low number and in having an extremely driven and collegiate team has been able to promote quite a few of its solicitors to partnership level and ensure that everyone is extremely well rewarded for their hard work.

The firm owns much of the building they occupy and has recently merged continuing to grow from strength to strength and enjoy a higher success rate than many of their competitors in the West End in terms of profitability and work attraction. They are situated in a highly sought after location and each lawyer has their own office to operate from.

They are looking for a highly driven and successful litigator to join the team where the chance of partnership is very much on the cards for the right individual. The firm are extremely well known for their commercial and litigation work; attracting much of their work through word of mouth - as specialists in this area this post will be ideal for an energetic and highly personable litigator with a clear focus.

Ideally you will have experience in operating a broad range of work and the caseload tends to be split between commercial and a small bit of commercial property litigation with property being a large part of the established business too. You will have experience in commercial litigation such as contract disputes, shareholder and partner disputes and also have gained some experience in property litigation matters such as landlord and tenant, and enfranchisement.

The firm also offers a highly unusual secretary support ratio and you will benefit from an outstanding salary package with generous bonus structure and strong incentive to progress to partnership level.
