International Financial Controller

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key position managing a finance team of 3, and one that needs leadership through the continued growth of the company. With support of this team, your primary responsibilities are to take a lead on managing the financial activities of the local and individual EMEA region. In turn the accurate and timely reporting will be supplemented by your process and controls improvement, and be brought to strategic life with analysis and communication to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification at a recognised accountancy practice. You will have gained industry experience working in a busy office environment across multiple geographies to really understand the complexities of remote working and reporting. Importantly you will have the ability to demonstrate ownership of significant areas of work, and the communication skills and personality to deal with international teams and senior colleagues.
