Corporate Lawyer - Native Japanese speaking Corporate Lawyer for top international firm in SINGAPORE
The Singapore office of this well established international law firm seeks a native Japanese speaking corporate/funds lawyer to join their busy corporate and funds practice in Singapore. You will have 3-5 years corporate, funds and fund formation experience. The firm boasts a substantial book of business in Japan and is seeking to increase their presence in that market. As such they seek a native speaking lawyer to service those Japanese clients. Work in Japan generally includes infrastructure, PE and hedge funds issues.
The successful candidate will join an exceptional team which is seeking a self-starter with a strong academic background, commercial acumen and strong technical ability gained from working on large and complex deals at another leading or top international firm.
Strong Japanese speaking corporate candidates with no funds experience but with a real interest in moving into the field are also encouraged to apply. The team is relatively small and the long term prospects for the successful Japanese speaking candidate are very strong.
