General Banking Lawyer, 2+ PQE, International Law Firm, Edinburgh

Top tier national firm are currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor/ Associate into their highly respected Banking & Finance team- this role will be based in Edinburgh.

Ideally the firm are interested in speaking with candidates who a broad range of general banking experience and this role will be client facing working as part of a larger UK-wide team.

Role Profile:

• Clearly understand client requirements and provide practical answers to problems whilst ensuring best practice and technical accuracy at all times;
• Analyse risk and use sound judgement with decisions impacting on clients/practice area and anticipate both positive and negative consequences;
• Build working relationships internally and externally in order to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the Firm's direction and client needs;
• Develop strong internal and external working relationships based on trust and respect, ensuring there is regular communication within the practice group and with the external clients.
