Top tier Scottish law firm are looking to add to their highly successful Real Estate teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The firm are interested in speaking with Scottish, English and dual-qualified lawyers at the Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor level and looking to join an innovative national practice. 

Role Profile:

The department comprises a dynamic, industrious and personable team of lawyers who are busy with both English and Scottish Real Estate work. The Real Estate team has continued to strengthen and grow in the last 12 months and is consistently dealing with high quality, interesting and challenging work for a wide range of clients.

The team works with a large number of the firm's key clients, including FTSE 100 companies and UK corporates as well as most of the high street banks and some of the UK's most acquisitive property funds.

The role will include:

  • Dealing with all aspects of Scottish and / or English Real Estate work. We have opportunities for dedicated Scottish Real Estate lawyers, dedicated English Real Estate lawyers and/or dual qualified lawyers.
  • Investment disposals and acquisitions.
  • Asset Management.
  • Property Development.
  • Real Estate Finance.

Candidate Requirements:

A qualified lawyer with post qualifying Scottish and/or English Real Estate experience in at least one of:

  • Commercial property in a commercial practice; or
  • In-house experience including Real Estate responsibility.
  • Initiative and energy to become involved in business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients and other teams.
  • Flexible attitude to deal with a variety of work.
