HONG KONG - Corporate - M&A - PE - 4-7 pqe - Senior Associate (UK or HKG qualified)
The role will involve working for a range of clients on domestic and regional public and private M&A and private equity transactions, including Hong Kong takeovers, PIPEs, growth, pre-IPO and buyout transactions.

The market leading Corporate Group, in Hong Kong , currently seeks to add to its team with the addition of a senior corporate M&A and Private equity lawyer from a top Corporate practice. The role will involve working for a range of clients on domestic and regional public and private M&A and private equity transactions, including Hong Kong takeovers, PIPEs, growth, pre-IPO and buyout transactions. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with an aptitude for client engagement and development and be a strong team player. You will be common law qualified and preferably have covered HK regulatory matters.
Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are not essential but would be helpful.
