Our client a well respected law firm with an interantional presence are looking to add a compliance manager to their inhouse counsel team.
The duties and responsibilities will include -
- developing and maintianing the firms policies and procedures
- assisting with the reviewing of client terms
- delivering internal training
- reviewing commercial agreements
This role is offered on a permanent basis and our client is interested in seeing qualified solicitors likely to have upwards of two years PQE who have previous compliance experience gained in a comparable firm.
