The successful applicant will perform the role of a Senior Assistant Company Secretary:

  • Support the team and the Boards/Committee in ensuring the smooth running of the Boards/Committee
  • Good Corporate Governance of all group companies with the Companies Act and legal/regulatory regimes
  • Accountable for the smooth running of the boards/committees they are allocated
  • Accountable for maintaining and updating the Companies Books
  • Other responsibilities which may be included in the remit of a Company Secretarial role.
