Are you an experienced Personal Injury lawyer with extensive technical and management experience? Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Technical Manager to run a small caseload as well as manage a team of Fast Track Team Leaders. This is a superb and rewarding opportunity based in the centre of Bristol.

Key skills/attributes:

• Solicitor or equivalent
• Extensive technical knowledge relating to personal injury
• A working and practical knowledge of MOJ, technical and complex claims is required with  a specialism in motor
• Fully conversant with the CPR and other regulatory/compliance requirements and the Code of Conduct
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example
• Extensive man management experience with the ability to positively influence teams at all levels
• Excellent business acumen
• Significant technical and strategic experience
• Ability to give accurate and comprehensive advice
• Superb drafting experience
• Excellent case management and workflow experience
• Superb communicator at all levels.
• Engaging and a motivator of people
• Strong IT and analytical skills
