Private Client Locum

Based in the North-East, our client maintain a distinctive culture of developing and nurturing their employees. Due to a well-respected member of the staff leaving they are seeking a Private Client Locum on a long term basis.

This Private Client role will require the Private Client Locum to take on a full Private Client mixed value caseload which includes but is not restricted to: wills, probate, deputyship, court of protection and power of attorney matters. The ideal candidate for this Private Client Solicitor role will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor, FILEX, Legal Executive or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters. Experience in STEP would be desired, though not crucial.
