Residential Property Solicitor- Maternity Cover - This extremely well established firm in Welshpool who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join the firm on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years

LOCATION: Powys (welshpool)

SALARY: £35-£45 per hour (depending upon experience)

THE ROLE:

The Residential Property Solicitor will be required to comprehensively work under pressure and be able to communicate well with both clients and colleagues. The Residential Property Solicitor is required to manage a busy caseload of Sales, Purchases, Help to Buy Schemes, Transfer of Equity, Home Equity Releases and Re-mortgages. You will be self sufficient and familiar with conveyancing case management systems.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 4 years experience dealing with a busy caseload in a residential conveyancing department. You will be a strong team player and excellent communicator.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a hard working and committed Residential Property Solicitor to join the busy Residential Conveyancing department to cover a maternity cover within a successful practice based in Welshpool Commencing in July/August 2017.
